Abstract
The double-curved arch bridge is a bridge type for medium and small span. However,some old double-curved arch bridges have appeared many questions now which result from the defects of structure, design and construction.In this paper, taking static load test of an old bridge for example, through structure calculation,in the light of the calculating results,the carrying capacity of the bridge are evaluated.The result may make a reference as reinforcing and maintaining the same kind of reinforced concrete double-curved arch bridge.
