Abstract

Based on an exposition of the connotation of supply-chains and supply-chain strategic alliances,this research analyzes the formative reasons of supply-chain strategic alliances under the guidance of SWOT Strategic Theory and then delves into both the low-cost advantage and diversity advantage created by supply-chain strategic alliances.
