Abstract
Objective To Study the clinical results of one stage reconstruction of auricle with Medpor pinna support. Methods Medpor were used to be pinna support of the reconstruction of auricles,then the temporal superficial fascia and skin were enclosed outside it. Results Twenty five cases obtained satisfied results,their outline of pinna,or its tiny structures were similar with their another one,not any hair growing or skin necrosis. Conclusion It is show that is good of the clinical results of the reconstruction of auricle using Medpor pinna support.
