Abstract

Glioma is derived from neuroepithelial tumor,which is the most common intracranial tumor,and it accounts for about 40% to 50% in central nervous system tumors.It mainly includes astrocytoma,glioblastoma,oligodendroglioma,medulloblastoma,ependymoma,and so on.How to improve the treatment of gliomas and improve the quality of life of patients is still facing great problems for neurosurgeon.
