INVESTIGATION OF MITOCHONDRIAL POTENTIAL AND CELL CYCLE IN HeLa CELL APOPTOSIS

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate the synergistic effects of IFN-γ and TNF-α on the apoptosis of the HeLa cell.Using the Photo-immobilization method,IFN-γ and TNF-α were coupled to the polystyrene cell culture plate with different concentration and synthesized the optical active material.The experiments were carried on natural and controlled groups respectively.Through the flow cytometry,the changes of HeLa cells were detected in 3 days.The results showed that:the co-immobilization of the two cell factors has a stronger inhibition effect on the HeLa cell than natural IFN-γ and TNF-α.From the cell cycle,the mechanism of apoptosis between the co-immobilization cell factors and the natural one may be different.
