Abstract

The chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Herba Asari of TongHua County in JiLi province.The volatile oil was distilled with water vapor.The chemical constituents in the volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Chemical composing were appraised by the technology of Computer-inspect.Their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method.Eighty-three compounds were separated.These constituents represent 99.11% of the total peak areas.The main aroma components with higher relative content in the wine include: Benzene,1,2-dimethoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-;1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid,butyl decyl ester;2-Carboxycinnamic acid;Pentadecane;1,3-Benzodioxole,5-(1-propenyl)-;Toluene,3,5-dimethoxy-;1H-Purin-2-amine,6-methoxy-;Benzene,1,2,3-trimethoxy-5-(2-pro penyl)-;Z,Z,-4,6-Hexadecadiene;1,3-Benzodioxole,4-methoxy-6-(2-p ropenyl)-.
