Certificate-oriented Teaching in Professional Certificate System—— Reform requirements of higher vocational teaching

Abstract

This paper points out that to establish professional certificate system is one of the strategies to realize “Rising byScience and Education” in our country, and an important means of developing human resources as well. It analyzes the requirements ofprofessional certificate system and the basic ideas of higher vocational colleges teaching reform; then, suggests that “certificate-orientedteaching” should be an important measurement of higher vocational teaching reform.
