The Relationship between Expression of bcl-2、Bax and Gastric Cancer

Objectives: To investigate the relationship between the expression of gene of bcl 2?bax and development of gastric cancer.Methods:79 patients underwent endoscopy ,samples were taken.ABC immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of bcl 2?bax proteins.Results:There was significant difference in the positive rate of bcl 2 expression in group of chronic superficial gastritis,dysplasia and gastric cancer.(P0.05).There was prevalence of the positive rate of bcl 2 expression was gradually increasing.The positive rate of bax expression was significantly higher in chronic superficial gastritis than that in gastric cancer.(P0.01).There was significant difference in the positive rate of bax expression between the group of chronic superficial gastritis and group of dysplasia(P0.05).Samely,there was prevalence that the positive rate of bax expression was gradually decreasing.Conclusions:There was disorder in apotosos during development of gastric cancer.
