Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the postoperative analgesia efficacy and safety of parecoxib on legs. Methods:All selected cases who had operation on legs were divided into two groups at random. The 44 cases in the parecoxib group were administered with 40 mg parecoxib for injection twice a day.To repeat once every 6~12 h,a total of 2~4 times, than changed parecoxib to 0.2 g celecoxib 0.2 g,2 times in one day.The 43 patients in the control group were treated with 1.6 mg Fentanyl and 5 mg Droperidol, adding normal saline to the 100 mL,continuous infusion, after 48 hours it change to 0.2 g celecoxib, two times in one day.The demulcent efficacy of patients was evaluated at differents times. The satisfactory of patients and the side effect was recorded. Results:The satisfaction degree of the patients in postoperative 72 h in parecoxib group is higher. In this group,The VAS scales for pain at rest in a day after operation is lower. But the difference of the analgesia effect between two groups was not statistically significant after with time expand. The pain score of patients in activities between the two groups was not significally significant. Conclusion:The postoperative analgesia efficacy of parecoxib is better, and the patients are satisfied.parecoxib has fewer side effects.
