Study on middle school students' copying style and factors

【Objective】 To investigate middle school students' coping style and factors in Shandong Province and toprovide a theoretical basis.【Methods】 Using simple Coping Style Questionnaires to test 1 368 middle school students in Shandong Province.【Result】 There were statistical differences between the gender and grade.Correlation analysis showed that there were negative correlation among home address,parents occupation,economic status,parent-child rela-tionship and positive correlation between parents education in active coping style.There were positive correlation among ma-rital status,parent-child relationship and economic conditions in negative coping style.Regression analysis showed that fa-thers' level of education,parent-child relationship and economic situation could predict the active coping styles;parent-child relationship,economic status,mother's education level and marital status could predict the negative coping styles.【Con-clusion】 According to the characteristics of middle school students' coping style,some measures should be adopted to train their active coping style in order to promote the development of mental health.
