Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,copper,manganese in Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.MethodsThe sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method.ResultsThe content of Ca was 7.69mg/g,Mg 3.16mg/g,Fe 2.33mg/g,Zn 0.0618mg/g,Cu 0.0144mg/g,Mn 0.431mg/g.RSD of the method was in the range of 3.34%~6.21 %,and recovery rate was in the range of 97.9%~108 %.ConclusionThe method is accurate and satisfactory.
