Abstract
Eight-week-old Balb/c mice were immunized with purified recombinant pCold-Ch IFN-β.Spleen cells were collected and fused with myeloma SP2/0 cells. Two hybridomas secreting antibodies against IFN-β were obtained and their ascitic ELISA titers were up to 103.Western blot analysis showed that both McAbs reacted with recombinant IFN-β protein. The minimum detection concentration of one McAb was below 15 pg/mL IFN-β.The generation of specific McAbs could provided an important tool for detection of IFN-β and evaluation of poultry vaccines.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
