Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinic-pathological features and differential diagnosis of the synovial sarcoma derived in uncommon location.Method In this article, one case of synovial sarcoma hits the pubis primarily was reported and literature review were also given. Results Synovial sarcoma possessed bi-phases differentiation characters usually, composed of epithelioid cells and spindle cells, which expressed Vimentin,CK-pan,low molecular CK,bcl-2,S-100 protein and CD99.Conclusion Synovial sarcoma has diverse histological features;the immunohistochemistry staining plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the Synovial sarcoma.
