Religion and moralization----on the issue of the Confucian cultural factors of Chinese Buddism and its formation and development

The introduction of Buddhism into China,is typically process which a kind of foreign culture was melted into the indigenous culture.As a predonimant and central idelolgy of the indigenous culture of Chinese,the Confucianism always influences the other idelolgies more or less in Chinese.The Confucianism became Confucian religion ,which it a quasi-religion with a kind of ethics ideas,from Dong Zhong-shu in the west Han dynasty.The Chinese culture usually lays emphasize on synthesization,intuition,moralization and humanism under Confucian religion .At the process of its independent development,the Buddhism have to adapt to the characteristics of the Chinese culture,and change its ethical ideas and religious customs,and thus it became the Chinese Buddhism with its distinct features.
