Abstract
The causes of rotor misalignment and the misalignment forms are introduced.Based on the theory of rotor dynamics, the finite element model of rotor-bearing-coupling system is established using ANSYS.In addition, the harmonic response analysis method is used to study the harmonic response curve of simulative disk at the coupling, and various harmonic displacements are obtained by changing the designed distance between the bearing and the coupling. The study results show that the distance between the bearing and the coupling is an important factor affecting the misalignment, and the design and assembly of the bearing should avoid the position of the misalignment peak. The results possess some reference values for the study of the rotor misalignment.
