Abstract
A dynamic model of the coupling rotor-bearing system with a flexible laminated membrane shaft coupling was founded after the misalignment of the rotor system was considered, and the eigenvalue of the rotor system, the stabilities of the modes and system were analyzed under the conditions of alignment and misalignment. The result shows that the effect of misalignment on the critical rotating speed of the system was not much, under the condition of some misalignment, the modes of the system were evidently changed, the influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system could not be neglected when the misalignment was some big, and the stability of the system tended to get worse.
