Abstract
Objective To establish the method for determining controlled contents of As,Pb and Hg in Chinese medicinal materials. Methods Microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry were used. Results RSD3%,A detection limit of the samples was 53 g/kg for As,31 g/kg for Pb and 6 g/kg for Hg.Conclusion The method can be used to determine contents of heavy metals in Chinese medicinal materials.
