Abstract

This research adopted mixed acid( nitric acid,perchloric acid and sulfuric acid) method and the microwave digestion to digest the samples,and used the atomic fluorescence spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine their relevant contents. The detection limits are As: 0. 68,1. 39 mg / kg,Pb: 0. 23,0. 16 mg / kg,Cd: 0. 08,0. 14 mg / kg,Ni: 0. 84,1. 84 mg / kg,Cr: 4. 20,6. 96 mg / kg,Fe: 254. 43,431. 23 mg / kg,Mn:9. 22,4. 02 mg / kg,Cu: 4. 26,3. 88 mg / kg,Zn: 19. 92,20. 22 mg / kg,of which the content of As is 0. 03μg / L,the addition standard recovery rates of the content of As in two Chinese herbal medicines are 98. 39% —107. 72%,96. 87% —104. 98% respectively. This method is sample,precise and sensitive for the determination of the heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines.
