Comparison of the composition of higher plants in the old and new campus of Univercities in Kunming

Abstract

In this study,we investigated the afforestation plant in the nine campuses of six universities located in Kunming city,Yunnan Province,China.545 higher plant species in total belonging to 129 families and 369 genus were recorded in the studied campuses.In addition,by means of assessing the composition and distribution of plant species and comparing the ratio of non-native to native plant species in the campuses,this study provided a constructive proposal on the way of planting in the university.
