Abstract
In order to screen out the pesticides for controlling Spodoptera litura Fabricius effectively,topical application method,leaf-dipping method and outdoor determination method were used to test the toxicity of 4 pesticides on S.litura.The results showed that the LD50 of the drop method was 8.70 μg/g for peacekeeping salt,10.37 μg/g for chlorpyrifos,13.16 μg/g for chlorfenapyr,64.26 μg/L for tebufenozide 48 h after treatment.The LC50 of the leaf-dipping method was 0.70 μg/mL for peacekeeping salt,1.52 μg/mL for chlorfenapyr,6.77 μg/mL for tebufenozide,36.41 μg/mL for chlorpyrifos 48 h after treatment.The results of the outdoor measuring method showed that peacekeeping salt and chlorfenapyr had better control effect and longer lasting time.Thus,the virulence of peacekeeping salt and chlorfenapyr against S.litura was relatively higher.
