Abstract
The proteins reduced rates of Spodoptera litura cell were 95.39%,89.87%,61.30%,(35.79%) respectively,after they were treated with propiconazole for 48 h,at concentration of(80 μg/mL,) 40 μg/mL,20 μg/mL,10 μg/mL.When propiconazole was injected into the body of 4th-instar larvae of S.litura at the dose of 0.5 μg per larva for 48 h,it considerably decreased the content of the total sugar and proteins in haemolymph,and the reduced rates were 20.11%,12.12% respectively,at the dose of 1.0 μg per larva its 51.94%,43.23%,respectively.Furthermore,propiconazole could depress the weight increase of S.litura larva.Propiconazole effected on physiological index of cell and larva of S.litura,which shows the possibility that propiconazole analog can control pests.
