Abstract
Objective The purpose is to evaluate the importance of MR urography in congenital hydronephrosis for clinical application. Methods MRU and MRI were performed in 27patients.All images of the patients were reconstructed using Advantage Workstation 4.0.Results Double renal pelvis and ureter were found in 6cases(includeing two cases with ectopic ureter),abnormal conjunction of renal pelvis and ureter in 14cases,single ectopic ureter in 4cases,ureterocele in3cases.Conclusion MRU combined with conventional MRI can be used in congenital hydronephrosis in children.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
