Study of Traditional Sports Training Cycle Theory and Modern Sports Training Cycle Theory

Abstract

By using literature data,a comprehensive analysis of law,through the development of sports training review cycle theory,some problems of the traditional theory of sports training are pointed out,and combined with basketball training cycle characteristics,modern sports training cycle are studied at the same time,some suggestions are put foward for modern sports training for the development of the theory.
