On the Construction of Methodology System of Modern Sports Training

By means of theoretical generalization and logic analysis,the author explores the basic issues concerning the theory system of modern sports training method,theoretically establishing the theoretical research of sports training method in its guiding ideology,its orientation,and its main project.Methodology is an important part of modern sports training.The development of modern competitive sports demands a higher level of the scientificness of the training methods reflected by the rationality and creativity.The sports training methodology system includes the training methods of different sports events,the sports training methodology and methodology in scientific philosophy.So the sports training methodology is a generalization and summation of the general laws of the use,selection and creation of the training methods of modern competitive sports.
