Observed behavior intervention on gastric cancer patients with depression and anxiety

Abstract

Objective To investigate the gastric cancer patients with depression and anxiety behavior intervention methods and results. Methods 120 patients with gastric cancer surgery followed by the order of admission into the treatment group and control group of 60 patients in the control group with routine nursing care,the treatment group consists of specialists and nurses,respectively,1 day before surgery for a half hour after 3h behavior intervention. Results There were anxiety and depression scores before treatment showed no significant difference,after the act,the treatment group SDS,SAS had significantly lower scores,improvement was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).The characteristics of both groups after the intervention coping scores,there was a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusions Gastric cancer patients with depression and anxiety associated with the basic psychological,positive behavior intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression,increase positive response rates and reduce the negative response score,which be widely applied.
