Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of miRNA-10b on proliferation and invasion of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line(A549).Methods Under the induction of Lipofectamine TM 2000,the recombinant of miRNA-10b was transfected into A549.The experiment set up 3 groups: blank group, empty vector transfected group and miRNA-10b expression plasmid transfected group.Transfection effciency was observed by fluorescence microscope.miRNA-10b expression level was detected by real-time PCR after transfection, the cell proliferation was detected by cell proliferation assay;the invasive ability of cells were detected by Transwell experiment. Results Compared with the blank control group and the empty vector transfection group, the cell proliferation rate increased obviously and the cell invasion enhanced in the microRNA-10b plasmid transfected group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion miRNA-10b can promote the cell proliferation and increase the cell invasion of A549.
