Abstract
In preparation of virus seed of HFRS vero cells vaccine,PS-6(TypeⅠ) and L99(TypeⅡ)strains of HFRSVs were continuously propagated on the vero cells,and the both strains were examined on virus titers,immunogenicity and passage stability.Results showed that the two strains were adapted to the cell culture by continuous passages and the virus titers reached to 8.5lgCCID_(50)/ml.The neutralization antibodies reached to 1∶10,as determined by plaque reduction neutralization test(PRNT).The other results were in accordance with the requirements of regulations of biologics.Therefore the adapted PS-6 and L99 strains have now been applied to prepare HFRS vero cell vaccine.
