Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of amlodipine and enalapril in the treatment of hypertension left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in.METHODS:From Mar.2009 to Mar.2010,42 hypertensive patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction received amlodipine and enalapril. The blood pressure, heart function index were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.RESULTS:The clinical effective rate of amlodipine and enalapril for hypertension left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was 90.5%.Compared with before treatment,SBP,DBP and PP declined dramatically after treatment(P0.05);E peak,E/A significantly increased significantly(P0.05),A peak,LVPWT and IVST significantly decreased(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Combination therapy of amlodipine and enalapril is effective for hypertensive left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. It not only can significantly lower blood pressure, also can improve heart function in patients. It is worthy of spreading in the clinic.
