Abstract
Enforcing the supervision and restraint on judicial authority is an effective way to eliminate the corruption of the administration of justice.It is necessary to strengthen the people's congress,the people's procuratorate,the people's court interior,press media's supervision over judicial authority,to stict to publicizing trial procedure.and make sure public trial system.
