Advanced research in statins-related myopathy

Abstract
As statins were widely used in clinic,statins-related myopathy,especially rhabdomyolysis,had drawn wide attention at home and abroad. In this paper,we analyzed and reviewed their muscle toxicity,and also discussed the clinical manifestations,pathogenic mechanism,prevention and treatment measures of statins-related myopathy,in order to promote the rational use of statins,and provide reference for clinical practice.
