Abstract
As the new right,the space right is concerned more and more with the development and use of the land.Many countries had legislated special or relative laws to regulate the space right.However,the legislation and research on the space right in our country is quit lag.The article mainly discussed the space right on the legislative situation,the system,the object and the nature and so on.
