On Space Right as the Basis of Independent Right

After the 19~(th) century space right came into being with the development of productive forces and social requirement.Scholars have different views on the use of space right because it concerns about the space exploration. Based on the Chinese practice the paper will discuss the use of space right in the aspect of theoretical basis,realistic basis and the relation with the relevant rights.It shows that the use of space right should be regarded as an independent right.
