Curative effect of IFN combined mannatide on chronic hepatitis B

Abstract

Seventy cases of chronic hepatitis B were treated with IFN combined mannantide.After one week,the WBC decline rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group.After six months,HbeAg and HBV- DNA conversion negative rates were obviously higher than that of control group,and the curative effects were obviously improved,compared with IFN used only group.
