The Expectancy for Constitutional Law Applied in Courts

Abstract
It is one of the tendencies of the constitution development that the constitution is applied to the lawsuit procedure. In our country, the bar to the constitutional law applied in courts is the misreading of constitution. The constitution's nature is law, which decides the constitution be applied in courts. The constitutional law applied in courts is a requirement not only for building socialist country to go to the rule of law but also for defending the basic right of citizens.
