Theoretical Research on Primary Application of Information Visualization in Medical Literature Analysis

Information visualization is one of the important subfields of information science.Mapping scientific knowledge domain by applying literature analysis and visualization tools on a lot of literature data information provides a new method that attempts to reveal the intellectual structure,track the dynamics,and discovers the potential new areas of research.Based on the investigation of information visualization research both at home and abroad,the paper presents an overview of the commonly used methods,tools and main application fields,which lay a foundation for carrying out application research of information analysis visualization in medical area.
