Human resource is the first resource in the social development in the age of intellective economy and its development and management have become the decisive factor to the development of enterprises. But the active human matters management is very different from the modern human resource's management in the guiding ideology and management form with some maladies which limit and even block the enterprises' development. What is the better way in the human resource's development and management in China's enterprises? [
