Abstract
With the rapid development of modern society and economy, higher vocational colleges emerge like bamboo shoots, which receives a great deal of attention and the complete-recognition by the national government. Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating high-quality skilled talents, as a result of which it is of vital necessity to improve teaching management quality. Based on the experiences as teaching secretary and director assistant, the author describes the basic contents of the teaching management in higher vocational colleges, analyzes its current situation and problems, and puts forward some effective measures on improving teaching management.
