Abstract
Objective To compared different transfection efficiency of EGFP gene in different cell lines. Method Cationic polymer PEI was used to mediate plasmid pEGFP-N1 to transfect the three kinds cell of AAV-293, NIH-3T3 and CEF, 48 hour later, transfection efficiency was analyzed under Fluorescence microscope. Results Green fluorescent could be observed in three cell lines. Conclusion Transfection efficiency of EGFP gene in NIH-3T3 was highest , transfection efficiency in CEF was lowest.
