Abstract
A new method for the determination of chlorine dioxide with 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) was proposed. In a medium of HCl(pH≤2),its absorption maximum is at 450nm with an apparent molar absorptivity is 1.04×10 5L·mol -1·cm -1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.6mg·L -1 for chlorine dioxide. The method has been applied to the determination of chlorine dioxide in water samples with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
