Abstract
On the perspective of the outflow of rural capital,the non-agriculture of rural financial institution was analyzed,deducing the urgency and necessity of the regression of country financial function supporting agriculture.Then the regression pathway about country financial function supporting agriculture was explored,some efficient solutions aiming at China's rural financial supporting agriculture were put forward.
