Abstract
Financial exclusion in rural China was analyzed from three aspects:the number of rural financial institutions and their service range;the loan of rural financial institutions;and status of rural fund outflow. The characteristics of agriculture, countryside and farmer and the rational choice of rural financial institutions cause the unbalance of rural financial supply and demand. Therefore,in order to reform and perfect rural financial system, rural finance should aim to serve agriculture, countryside and farmer and promote city and countryside overall development.Government should play a positive role in promoting the development of rural economy and finance. And it is necessary to strengthen and regulate rural financial markets and construct agricultural insurance systems.
