Abstract
Parameterized equations of inner cycloid and outer cycloid are established through analyzing the character of cycloidal gear.Under the environment of UG NX/OPEN API, the method of parameterized designing for cycloidal gears is introduced, the three-dimensional model can be created by changing number of gear teeth and radius of rolling circle parameters of gear.Product design cycle is reduced as the result of visualization and automation in design process ,so cycloidal gears are designed in high efficiency.
