Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining amlodipine besylatete and lisinopril in compound amlodipine tablets. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.8 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results: The calibration curves for amlodipine and lisinopril were linear between the ranges of 10~200 μg·mL-1 and 20~400 μg·mL-1,respectively.The average recoveries(n=5) were 100.8%±0.78% and 101.3%±0.60%.Conclusion: This method is accurate, convenient and suitable for determining amlodipine besylatet and lisinopril simultaneously.
