Abstract
Ninety-two cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with massage and control group in which 30 cases were treated by oral Somiton,with a course of three menstrual cycles. Results:In treatment group,49 cases were cured,11 cases improved and 2 cases failed;the total effective rate was 96.77%,which was obviously higher than 76.67%in control group.It is revealed that massage has positive effects in treating dysmenorrhea.
