Abstract
The dynamic monitoring system of urban land price canbe achieved by the monitoring of land price monitoring points.This paper analyses the land price level and its space distribution,time change and the relation of land price monitoring points、standard land price,market trade points and the develop trend of land price.All of these based on the case of residential land belong to the Shijiazhuang city.From the above analysis,it reveals the law of urban land price level change and benefits the theoretical inspection of urban land price estimation.
