Urban Land Price Investigation and Construction of Land Price Dynamic Monitoring Information System

Urban land price and its dynamic change information are the important basis for the government policy creation regarding land price management. The project of urban land price investigation was initiated in 30 sampling cities. Urban land gradation and updating of the basic price of those cities have been completed. Moreover, this project selected plenty of land price monitoring points. Through renewing and maintenance using tools like GIS, internet technology and database,“urban land basic price dynamic updating system and“urban land price dynamic monitor information system and its network were established. In this paper, the general objectives, the major tasks and technology methods, the structure and function of urban land price dynamic monitoring information system are explained.
