Policy and Lawful Thinking of Joint Development between City and Countryside in View of Common Ecological Benefit

The ecological ties between city and countryside lies in: the citizens enjoy the ecological benefit from the countryside, in the meantime they are subjected to ecological influence from rural development. In present economic situation, it is the long-term ploy that city and countryside jointly develop to achieve the ecological purpose. Suming up the experiences and lessones of joint development between city and countryside in our country, this paper brings up the policy and lawful thinking of joint development between city and countryside: the environmental and source policy in developing ecological agriculture, the thinking of community between city and countryside, and the way of broadening mutual ecological demand, etc.
