On the construction enterprises' management on the project costs

Abstract
By combining with the characteristics of the construction projects,the paper points out the management of the project costs should be implemented through the whole process of the project construction,explores the management on the project costs at the project decision-making stage,the design stage,the bidding stage and the construction stage,and points out some actual cost management measures,so as to improve the investment benefits for the construction assets.
