Research on Index System of Regional Circular Economy Evaluation Based on MFA

The development of circular economy is the strategic choice of urban sustainable development and long-term and stable economic. The method of material flow analysis provides a decision-making support tool for the management of resource, waste and environment on methodology, and also provides a new way of thinking for the evaluation and research of regional circular economy. In order to promote the development of urban circular economy construction better, this paper discusses the principles of index system building of circular economy evaluation. Based on the method of material flow analysis and combined with the realities, this paper establishes an index system of regional circular economy and analyzes the key indicators.
