Abstract
Based upon introduction of urban spatial characteristics and taken Handan city as example objective analysis and evaluation are made on its urban spatial characteristics,at the same time corresponding thoughts,methods and countermeasures are proposed to create urban spatial characteristics,in order to create distinct characters and upgrade city image of Handan.
